North Oakland Baseball Federation (NOBF) was established in 1983 as
an elite baseball league for student athletes between the ages of 9 and 18.
Its goal is to provide these athletes with the best possible
opportunities to continue to excel at higher competitive levels,
whether it is high school, college or beyond.
